          Multicopter Flight Controllers all have their perks, and most flight controllers will work with most copters. But there are a few controllers out there that just produce above and beyond all standards, giving you the best flight control for your copter. 

 

        When choosing your flight controller you have to keep a few things in mind, the most important is this: Does the flight controller support quadcopters? The Flight Controllers that we have listed on this site all do support quadcopters, and will all work fine for all of your copters, but some definitely have better features than others. 

         The main features that make good stable flight are the following: 

 

      1) Auto-Level      (This is the most Important)

      2) Loiter Mode, or Position Hold Mode. 

      3) Auto-Pilot Mode

      7) Altitude Hold Mode

      8) Return To Launch Mode   (This is the second most important)

        9) Acrobatic Mode

      10) GPS

         The auto-leveling feature is very noce for the people out there who want very stable flight, and i personaly would never have a copter that did not have this feature. I have flown many copters that do not have the auto-level feature, and they are definitely not as easy to fly. 

 

         For the people out there who are into sport flying the acrobatic mode in a copter is a must for you! this allows you to do things like flips, barrel rolls, speed flying and more! 

 

         If you have the money i would recomend you go for the best flight controller you can find, because the more reliable the flight controller the better your copter will fly, and the better the chance that it will not crash. 

 

         There are a few flight controllers out on the market that are over the top on their performance vs. price, one of these is the DJI NAZA V2 Flight controller, this control board is great for all around flying. it does a great job at auto-leveling, and has an excelent experience all around. 

 

         Another well known flight controller is the ArduPilot Mega. THis flight controller is based off of the arduino platform and does an all around spectacular job at flying your copter. The features of this FC board are endless, which even incluse the option to assign a button to Auto-Flip your copter! This one is great for the people out there on a budget, who need a great flight experience.
